A Complementary CG (comparative genomics) set is a CG set that is complementarily provided by the EzBioCloud team to the users of the Whole Genome (WG) Analysis service. The set contains five genomes; the first one is the user’s own genome (=uploaded query genome) and the rest are the public genomes that are thought to be closely related to the query genome. The latter four genomes are obtained by searching the EzBioCloud Genome Database using the Tetra-Nucleotide based algorithm.
This set is provided to give users a favor of the EzBioCloud’s comparative genomics service.
